Chaperone Policy

It is sometimes necessary for your doctor or nurse to perform intimate examinations (such as breast, genital or rectal examinations) as part of your care. We understand that these examinations can feel embarrassing or distressing. We can provide a chaperone (impartial observer) to be present during an intimate examination.

Please do not hesitate to tell the receptionist, doctor or nurse if you would like a chaperone. You can get in touch online.
