Home Visits - If you unable to attend surgery please telephone as soon as possible leaving contact details for a Clinician to call you back.

What to do when the Surgery is Closed - If you are ill outside of normal surgery hours please telephone 020 7247 0090 and listen to the instructions

Psychologist - By appointment via GP please ask for details

New Patient Health Checks - These will be done as soon as possible after registration

24 hour Health Information and Advice - Phone NHS Direct on 0845 4647 or visit www.nhsdirect.co.uk

Substance Misuse Clinics - After assessment you will be allocated a keyworker and appointment times will be discussed with you

Mental Health - A Mental Health Nurse is available. Please ask your regular Clinician for a referral

Blood Borne Virus Team - BBV Nurses have regular sessions at the Practice and offer various services

TCAT (Community Alcohol Team) - run weekly sessions at the Practice. If you have an alcohol problem, please discuss referral with you clinician
